Description

The Bisti / De-Na-Zin Wilderness is a rolling landscape of badlands which offers some of the most unusual scenery found in the Four Corners Region. Time has etched a fantasy world of strange rock formations called hoodoos. Fossils are also common here. The BLM manages this wilderness area to ensure the unique characteristics, primitive recreation opportunities, solitude, and undeveloped area are protected. In this photo our group makes the predawn hike into the area in an effort to capture sunrise photographs.
